Tonight members of the Adamstown Fire Company traveled to the Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center for their weekly drill. Members reserved the Propane Tank Simulator & the vehicle fire simulator. Crews rotated through eight evolutions of the propane tank simulator and more than a dozen evolutions on the vehicle fire simulator. Fires ranged from a small fire at the propane tank to a venting tank which was burning. While the vehicle fire simulator ranged from an engine compartment or passenger compartment fire to a complete working vehicle fire. A special thanks to Jerry Brey for being the facilitator for the evening.
