What Are These Rings?
These are Rings with a variety of children's themes. Each has a separate purpose, so if you are here to join one, please be sure to select the most appropriate Ring.
Who Can Join?
Any site that complies with the rules below:
Anyone with a website that meets the criteria in the next point. You must have a website of your own!
Site must have original content (proven cases of intellectual theft will result in immediate removal) and must share the theme of the selected Ring. Each Ring will be described below.
We have zero tolerance for profanity, hatred, adult content, or direct links to offensive material. This includes using charcters (including but not limited to @, $, !) to "diguise" or "soften" profane words. This content has no place in Rings such as these.
Please note that by clicking a Ring name below, you will be taken to the join page for that Ring are implying an agreement to abide by the terms of membership outlined above for so long as your site remains in membership. Be sure you read the information about the Ring before you click. Each Ring has a different theme. Join the correct Ring!
This is content by, for, and about kids, meaning that the content should be direct at children, as we're looking for this to be resources for children. If you offer educational games, puzzles, and information; coloring pages; music; or if the page is constructed by a child/adolescent, it should be acceptable here. Sites by parents about their children should not go here. Commercial sites (those selling items) should not be here to tempt children.
This is where the content directed at parents should go. Information, advice, and especially commercial sites. This is not content directed at children in any way, so sites about your child or with information directed at children should not go here.
This is the baby brag spot! If you made a site about your child(ren) put it here to show the world. No commercial sites should be here at all. It's simply a show-off Ring.
It's along the same line as "My Little Darling" in that it's a brag Ring. This is a girls' only place, though. It's not really so much about moms AND their daughters, so if dad made his little girl's Ring, we won't be critical. Just so the star of the site is a daughter. And the age is also not important. Grandma's can make pages about their daughters and granddaughters and be welcome here, too, as are legal guardians. We aren't going to get that picky! We're mostly looking to avoid someone submitting a page about their favorite actress and saying "she belongs here because she's someone's little girl!
It's along the same line as "My Little Darling" in that it's a brag Ring. But this one is for the boys. Again, it's not important that mom makes the page, so long as the star is the boy and the page is created by a parent (grandparents and legal guardians, too). We're mostly looking to avoid someone submitting a page about their favorite athlete and saying "he belongs here because he's someone's son!
