This may be my craziest idea yet! If you like any of the regularly-updated pages and want to use them on your site, let me make it easy for you. Instead of copying, formatting, and updating, just install my list right into your website. In addition to saving yourself file space and time, you'll also have automatic updates whenever a revision is made. When I update my page, all sites displaying the frame will immediately reflect those changes.

You can alter the width and height attributes as needed to fit within your site's design. You may need to increase the height to avoid vertical scrolling (depending upon the width imposed by your site) The imposed width is 95% but you can change that percentage or use a fixed pixel width.
