Any User: This section contains information for any User, specifically those who have registered an ID but are not yet either a member or a manager. The information contained in this area does not pertain to memberships or Ring management, but is more generalized.
Members/Managers: This is information that can be useful to members or managers. It could help managers assist their members with problems or for members to help themselves.
Members Only: This section contains information that is targeted for members only. Questions that pertain to memberships in any way, but likely be of little interest to a RingMaster, will be found here.
RingMasters Only: This section contains information for RingMasters only. If you don't manage a WebRing, most of this section will make little sense. But it could be good reading for anyone contemplating creating their own Ring.
