The following are the "replacements". These are constants you can use that will be replaced with specific information unique to each membership or ring. As I confirm where each is valid, I'll update the left column. Some cannot be used in both mail and SSNB, while some are just not practical for use in one or the other. Some aren't yet configured to work everywhere they should. The compatibility chart, which shows where the tags can be used, is at the bottom of this page.

The following is a compatibility table. It will list the basic tags in the left column then indicate in which situations the tag will work. For longer tags (such as --murl--?ring=--ringid--&id=--id--&yid=--siteyid--&page=mgmt_ShowNavBar&shownavbar) you will need to check each individual tag (--murl--, --ringid--, --id--, --siteyid--). If each tag is compatible, the entire string will work together in the situation.
Explanation of columns:
  • Apply - sent by the system after a member submits an application to join a Ring
  • Approve - sent by the manager when a member's application is approved
  • Deny - sent by the manager when a member's application is denied
  • Suspend - sent by the manager when an active membership is suspended
  • Activate - sent by the manager when a suspended membership is reactivated
  • Delete - sent by the manager when an active or suspended membership is deleted
  • Group - writing a selected group of members through use of the "Email Ring Members" link in management
  • Indiv. - The email form generated when the manager selects the "email" link next to a specific member in management.
Note that other than the Application email, you are unable to configure any system-generated emails. This means if automated management suspends or activates a site, your customized email is not used.
