Ring statistics can be a challenge to understand, even for the experienced manager or member. This page will hopefully help clarify some of the facts.

Ttl hits (total hits)
The total number of recordable visits to the ring. Any command that includes the ring's ID will be tracked in this number. This is the total traffic number. Is equal to adding next five, list, next, prev, skip, skip prv, random, and go (as shown in red in the above graphic).
Page Vws (page views)
The total number of visits to the HUB page (site list). Is equal to Next5 plus List (as shown in blue in the above graphic).
Next5 (next five sites)
The number of times this link was hit within the hub page (navigation through the ring hub/list). Shows how much traffic there is within the hub. This number will be exceptionally low if you have only one or two pages of sites in your list.
List (site list, list all members)
The number of times visitors selected to view hub/list all page (if included on the navbar) from the site they were visiting. Also includes hub clicks from the directory, featured rings, or top rings lists.
Next
The number of times visitors selected to navigate the ring using the NEXT link (if included on the navbar) from the site they were visiting.
Prev (Previous)
The number of times visitors selected to navigate the ring using the PREV link (if included on the navbar) from the site they were visiting.
Skip (Skip Next Site)
The number of times visitors selected to navigate the ring using the SKIP link (if included on the navbar) from the site they were visiting.
Skip Prv (Skip Previous Site)
The number of times visitors selected to navigate the ring using the SKIP PRV link (if included on the navbar) from the site they were visiting.
Random (Random Ring Site)
The number of times visitors selected to navigate the ring using the RANDOM link (if included on the navbar) from the site they were visiting.
Go
The number of times visitors selected to navigate the ring using a direct GO link. This is generally done by selecting a site from the hub page and clicking to load. It also includes RingMaster homepage.
Average
This gives a better idea of the traffic on a consistent basis. It's derived by adding together the column and dividing by the number of dates on display (14 by default)
Total
Should be self-explanatory, but included here for purpose of being comprehensive. Is the sum of everything in the column (except, of course, the average)

There are other things you'll see on the stats page, too. They appear in the left column.

Annual cost
This is simply provided for informational purposes. It tells ROUGHLY how much it costs WebRing to maintain this WebRing. It's calculated by taking the annual cost of running all of WebRing and dividing it among each ring based upon its size. It's not 100% accurate (but is a good guide for managers wanting to make a donation! LOL)
Sites Delivering
This link takes you to the page which tallies the traffic from each site to another site in the ring. It records a hit for each command that includes the site ID#. The rankings are from most frequent to least frequent based upon the previous eight weeks. Last two week tracking is included for recent traffic trends. Naturally, this means you can expect low delivery numbers from a site that doesn't display or hides the navigation code.
Sites Receiving
This link takes you to the page which tallies the traffic to each site from another site in the ring. It records a hit for each command that includes the site ID#.
