Little boy toy in hand
He sets out to search the land
with a great big smile across his face

Plays his first baseball game
Waits for coach to call his name
Smiles all around as he crosses home plate

It all seems so long ago
Smile the same he's just grown
Little boy becomes a man
Reaches out and takes her hand
And he says, "Keep on smiling with me."

Back of Grandpa's pickup truck
Little girl eyes the gees and ducks
Around the farm she always smiles

On the little blanket she lay
Dreaming of her wedding day
"Daddy's at the pulpit", smiled the child

It all seems so long ago
Smile the same she's just grown
Little girl's grown up fast
Knows their love is built to last
When he says, "Keep on smiling with me."

Little boy and little girl
Big dreams in this big world
He knew he'd found
She knew she'd found
They knew they'd found all their dreams
All their dreams

Now that special day is here
Knees are weak, but there's no fear
A life of love is theirs to share

Several years have gone by
Love is still in their eyes
Sharing smiles to show how much they care

See those smiles a perfect pair
Hearts of gold with love to share
God planned it long ago
