My Work Area
This
section is a place for me
to show off some of my favorite
items that I have acquired
and to show how I've overcome
some of my personal modeling
Challenges. Some of you out
there may think this is a
way of showing off, and I
don't care if you do. I'm
proud of my new hobby and
the investment I've made that
will give me hundred's of
hours of personal enjoyment
and entertainment. And besides
that I got a lot of stuff
on the cheap, working e-bay
and the clearance racks, and
michaels 40 percent discount
coupons. I have figured out
my biggest investment was
in the paint because most
of it was purchased at the
hobby store. I have my costs since I started figured
out at around 5% of my personal
income, and around 3% of my
household income. That's about
the same as if you went out
to a fast food joint once
a week. So in my opinion my
collection just goes to prove
that you can get a good start
in the hobby by going slow
at first and taking a year
or so build up your collection
of tools and supplies.
