Hans (John) Moyer received a Penn grant for 556 acres plus 6% allowance for public roads in Manheim Township, PA 24 March 1738. The original warrant was granted 23 October 1733. This grant was in the area now between US highways 30 and 222, and the Fruitville Pike.
A Mayer (Moyer, Maier) family cemetery still exists on Belmont Lane in Manheim Twp., PA.
