3ZO, 3XW and 3IO were stations operated by the Chester County Radio Association. CCRA is an ARRL affiliated radio club chartered 2 Dec 1921. The 10 June 1922 CCRA year book lists 131 members in Chester and surrounding counties. The Lancaster Radio Association and the Reading Radio Club were chartered in 1922.
