I, Barbara D. Charleston, a resident of West Donegal Township, RD #1, Elizabethtown, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.

I direct that all my just debts, expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as may be found convenient.

I give devise and bequeath unto my son, George W. Charleston the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), said amount shall be paid to him free from any taxes and before there is any distribution of any kind concerning my estate.

I give devise and bequeath the balance of my estate, both real and personl property to my sons and daughters, namely; William Charleston, Lavere Charleston, George W. Charleston, Roy Charleston, Anna Lightner and Minnie Leber. My daughter, Minnie Leber is deceased and I direct that her children shall share the proceeds for which she is entitled to receive.

In making the above bequest to my children I direct that the proceeds be equally divided, each to share and share alike.

I hereby nominate and appoint my sons, Roy Charleston and George W. Charleston as the Executors of this my last will and testament and I do direct that no bond shall be required of such Executors. My Executors shall have full power at their discretion to do any and all things necessary for the complete administration of my estate, including the power to sell at public or private sale, with or without order of Court, any real estate or personal property belonging to my estate, and to compound, compromise or otherwise Settle or adjust any and all claims, charges, debts and demands whatsoever against or in favor of my estate as fully as I could do if living.

In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand to this my last will and testament this 11th day of May A.D. 1946.
