Mason-Dixon Chapter
North American Rock Garden Society
Welcome

The Mason-Dixon chapter of the North American Rock Garden Society is a group of horticultural enthusiasts centered in Baltimore, Maryland. Our members garden in South Central Pennsylvania, all of Central Maryland (including the Eastern Shore) and south to the northern suburbs of Washington, D.C. If you garden in this area, you would enjoy membership in the chapter because we share the plants and the practical advice on growing them in this area. We have regularly scheduled Programs (see below) at the Norrisville Library, Harford County, Md, just south of the Mason-Dixon line. In addition to a regularly published newsletter(with informative articles about plants and people and gardens and nurseries in this area) membership invites you to our plant sales and to field trips to natural areas where we see wildflowers in their natural habitat. You will be invited to special events and workshops where we make troughs. Membership gives you entree to very special wholesale nurseries and very special, but very private, gardens. As a bonus of membership you will meet the most knowledgeable and sophisticated gardeners in the Mid-Atlantic region.
