TODDLER ENRICHMENT
If your toddler needs to spend some time away from Mom and Dad, you may want
to try this class. The class includes name recognition, parachute, and gymnastics
events (vault, bars, beam, tumbling, and trampoline). In addition, we have circle time,
dancing to music, crafts, snack, and games. We focus on fine & gross motor skills that preschoolers
need in their developmental years. It is similar to our C.A.R.E program but is geared towards toddlers who
may be too young for preschool. This 1 1/2 hour class is for ages 2-3 years. Potty training is not a requirement.

RASCALS
45 minutes of gymnastics including tumbling, balance beam, mini
trampoline, bar, and lots more fun for children ages 3 through
5. We ask that your child is potty-trained to participate in this
class. This class teaches patience, listening skills, coordination
and develops strength. These are all things to help prepare your youngster
for kindergarten.

THE C.A.R.E. PROGRAM
Creativity, Arts, Recreation and Education -- 2 hours of fun that
includes gymnastics, creative movement, crafts, a small snack and much
more. Educational themes, such as naming days of the week, current
weather, name recognition, letter-of-the-month, etc. For children ages 3 through 5 years old. Many parents
like this program as an alternative or supplement to preschool. We run this class similar to a preschool- parents do not stay for this class. |
PROGRESSIVE CLASSES
A one, hour class for ages 5 through 10. Beginner, intermediate,
and advanced classes are offered. Our goal is to teach your child
quality gymnastics while having a great time doing it. Your age and experience
will determine your placement in these classes for the best learning experience.
Skills on all 4 major events are taught (vault, bars, beam, floor) as well as
some use of the trampoline.
